    Foothills Animal Shelter serves as Jefferson County’s only full-service shelter and cares for thousands of pets each year. Together with our community, we’re creating brighter futures for pets and the people who love them.

  • About the Humane Society of Boulder Valley

    It is the mission of the Humane Society of Boulder Valley to protect and enhance the lives of companion animals by promoting healthy relationships between pets and people.

  • Woof & Willow Puppy Rescue began as nothing; it started as a dream and a girl who didn't believe it would happen. It began with a girl who grew up in poverty, who appreciated everything but expected nothing, who built her soil foundation on rock bottom. However, thanks to you, yes, even you, the one reading this right now, have made everything you see here possible, every life saved, animal and human. Every view, comment (hateful or not), like, share, donation, etc, brings more attention to the dogs I am so desperately trying to save.

  • We are a non-profit, socially conscious shelter located in Monte Vista, Colorado. We believe in care and compassion, and in our awesome rescue dogs. We hope you love our dogs as much as we do!

  • The San Luis Valley Animal Welfare Society is a nonprofit (501c3) all volunteer organization (only 1 person per day to care for the dogs). Our primary mission is to improve the well being of animals (primarily dogs and cats) in the San Luis Valley (SLV).

     

    The San Luis Valley is the largest alpine valley in the world (roughly the size of Connecticut). It is also the poorest region of Colorado (1/3 of the residents in the county our shelter is in live below the poverty level. All dogs are spayed/neutered before adoption. And we have provided many many families with fine companion animal
